| So today my sister and I were getting into my car when a cop pulled up to us and said "can I ask you a question?" I said "sure" because you can't say no to a cop. He showed me a picture of someones mug shot and asked me if I knew the man in the picture...it was my neighbor. Hope he won't kill me for ratting him out.
